Based in the heart of vibrant Stokes Croft, this exciting development comprising of 143 studio, 1, 2, and 3 bed apartments as well as a market square and 14 commercial spaces.
The project consisted of 5 separate phases on a tight site close to the city centre with a mixture of new build and conversion of an existing building and extension. Due to the nature of the site we required a lot of co-ordination and planning with both the main contractor and subcontractors which was fantastic throughout.
